I see adults (16+) for individual therapy in English, in Paris. I am happy to accept clients who live elsewhere in France or the UK via secure video consultation.

Couples Therapy

I use Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work to help couples learn to attend to each others attachment needs and ways of coping. Backed by research, these modalities offer relational tools for increased relationship satisfaction and overall emotional wellbeing.
